What's included in every adult social event?
Each package includes the listed arcade play time and reserved dining space. Food and drinks beyond what your package covers are à la carte.
Do you allow outside food and drinks?
No. Outside food and drinks are not allowed (except cake or dessert). Ignite has a full service bar and kitchen. Extra food and drinks can be ordered from our menu.
Can I bring my own dessert or decorations?
Yes. You're welcome to bring themed supplies and store bought dessert (remember to bring your own candles). Balloons must be weighted down before arrival. Confetti, glitter, and streamers are not permitted.
What's the alcohol policy and what's in each event package?
Event packages that include alcoholic beverages require everyone in your party to be 21+. Drink tickets do not include doubles, shots, and shooters. Open bars available by request. The venue is all-ages until 8pm; after 8pm, 18+ is required.
Can we close out one tab for the whole group?
Yes. We can create a single tab or combine tabs at close out.
Do you have private party rooms?
No. All party spaces are in shared dining areas, which you'll have reserved for the entire duration of your event. For private space rentals, contact an event planner.
Can we add Rock Band Studios or Console Booths to our package?
Yes. You can add Rock Band or Console Booth reservations to your event.
