Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Arcade Credits and Unlimited Arcade Play?
Unlimited Arcade Play provides non-stop play for a set time but excludes prize-dispensing games and ticket collection. Arcade Credits ($25 or $15 cards in the packages) allow play on prize games and the collection of tickets to shop at our prize hubs.
What's included in the console gaming?
Console gaming includes access to PC or Xbox stations (1-player per station) and Nintendo Switch 2 or PlayStation 5 Console Booths (4-players per booth) with many game options. Your party package will include enough player stations for each kid to play simultaneously. We recommend selecting one console type so the kids can play together.
Can I bring my own dessert or decorations?
Yes. You're welcome to bring themed supplies and store bought dessert (remember to bring your own candles). Balloons must be weighted down before arrival. Confetti, glitter, and streamers are not permitted.
Do I need to include adults in my guest count?
Adults don't need to be part of the paid party package, but we do need them included in your total guest count so we can ensure there's space for everyone to celebrate comfortably.
What does Ignite Arcade provide?
We've got the essentials covered. All bundled packages include plates (including dessert plates), utensils, napkins, and cups.
Can I order additional food?
Yes. You can add extra food to your contract ahead of time, or simply order more through your server on the day of the party.
When is the food served?
To maximize the fun, food is served family or buffet-style after the first hour of play. Each package includes 30 minutes of designated dining time.
Do you have private party rooms?
No. All party spaces are in shared dining areas, which you'll have reserved for the entire duration of your event. For private space rentals, contact an event planner.
Can I update my guest count?
Yes. You can add or remove guests up to 48 hours before your event.
What is the age policy?
All ages welcome. 18+ after 8pm.
